A personal MCP Locker gives one person one private endpoint that reaches every MCP server and SKILL file they have added. Teams turns that into a shared locker. Up to twenty-five people share the same set of MCP and WebMCP servers and the same SKILL markdown files, and each of them gets their own private endpoint to all of it.

Add a server or upload a skill once, and it is live for every member on the next call. An agent pointed at any member's endpoint sees the same search, execute, and refresh surface, the same connected tools, the same loaded skills. Nobody reconfigures their agent when the locker grows. The owner adds a server or drops in a skill file, and every person on the team can use it immediately.

SKILL files are plain markdown documents that steer an agent's behavior: a stance, a checklist, a house style, a runbook. Store them once in the shared locker and every member's agent can load them by name through the same endpoint. A team keeps one source of truth for how it wants its agents to work, and every member points their agent at the same address to read it.

Roles keep the locker governed. The owner pays and can dissolve the locker. Admins invite and remove people. Members use the locker. Viewers read it. The owner sets each person's role from the People section, and invites go out by email with a single-use link.

OAuth-protected MCP servers are the part teams used to do badly. The old pattern was each person authorizing the same upstream themselves, holding their own tokens, and drifting out of sync the moment one expired. MCP Locker runs the 2026-07-28 OAuth discovery chain once: challenge, protected resource metadata, authorization server metadata, dynamic client registration. The grant is stored server-side against the entry. The team shares that one authorized connection. When the access token expires, the locker refreshes it inside the same invocation, and every member's endpoint keeps working. The tokens never reach a client. The entry row shows an Authorize action while it is pending, and the connected status word once the grant lands.

The endpoint still speaks protocol revision 2026-07-28 over Streamable HTTP, stateless, so 2025-era agents keep connecting. Every request is self-contained against Firestore, which keeps the backend scale-to-zero between calls. A team locker is the same shape as a personal one; the only difference is who is on it.
