ASI Engineering raises $980,000 funding for AI asset management platform

ASI Engineering, a Regina engineering consultancy, has received $980,000 in federal funding to integrate AI into its asset management platform.

The funding comes from Prairies Economic Development Canada through the Business Scale-up and Productivity Program. ASI Engineering will use the $980,000 to embed AI into its ASI Software platform, which helps municipalities track and manage assets like roads, buildings, and water systems.

The company plans to expand into U.S. and European markets within two years and add climate adaptation modeling to its platform. The investment aims to help communities make smarter infrastructure decisions while positioning ASI Engineering for international growth.
