The round closed in July and was co-led by BDC Thrive Venture Fund, Accelia Capital, and Ogaei, with support from the Ontario Centre of Innovation's Life Sciences Innovation Fund and undisclosed angels. Blair will use the capital to accelerate product development, expand across Canada and into the US, and grow its clinical operations, provider network, and 12-person team.

Founded in December 2024 by CEO Madge Rumman and chief medical officer Dr. Lindsay Shirreff, Blair's subscription-based software encodes specialist expertise to help nurse practitioners and family physicians provide faster virtual care for perimenopause, menopause, pelvic health, and nutrition. The startup has 2,300 active users across all Canadian provinces and six US states.
