The round was led by BlackFin Capital Partners, with participation from existing investors Entourage, Shapers, Seeder Fund and Wallonie Entreprendre. Founded in 2022 by Gauthier Henroz, Henry Hertoghe and Matthieu Hertoghe, Chift provides a unified API that lets software companies connect their products to more than 120 financial systems across accounting, invoicing, point-of-sale, e-commerce, payment and property management.
Chift plans to use the €10.5 million to enter additional European markets and further develop its AI capabilities, including integrations that can configure themselves with less manual setup. The company sees growing AI adoption and e-invoicing mandates across Europe as driving demand for interoperability between financial software.
