The round was led by Vendep Capital, with participation from FIRSTPICK VC. EnforceShield will use the €1.7 million to expand its platform into more sophisticated workflows and broader IP lifecycle management, and to support commercial expansion in the US, which already accounts for up to 80% of its sales pipeline.
Founded in 2024 by practising attorney Rytis Rudzinskas, EnforceShield provides an autonomous IP enforcement platform that continuously detects, analyses, and executes enforcement actions against IP rights violators. The platform operates as a SaaS solution, handling the complete workflow from detection through takedown and monitoring, using AI agents that apply jurisdictionally appropriate legal logic to each case.
