The $28 million round includes equity from existing investors Bek Ventures, IFC, Cipio Partners and Molten Ventures, plus a debt facility from Santander Corporate Investment Banking. FintechOS will use the capital to expand in the US, win more European clients and scale its AI technology.
Founded in 2017 and headquartered in London with offices in Bucharest and New York, FintechOS provides a B2B software layer that helps banks and insurers launch and manage financial products without replacing core systems. The company, which has raised over $150 million to date, said it reached profitability in the first half of 2026, driven by US growth.
