Founded in 2018, Flip provides a digital platform for workers in manufacturing, retail, logistics, care and hospitality, combining internal communication, workflows, digital identity and AI tools in one app.
The company is addressing the gap in AI adoption between office-based and frontline employees, who often lack digital identity and infrastructure. The new funding will support Flip's Fusion product, which generates custom applications for frontline teams, and Frontline Identity, which enables access to workplace systems without a corporate email.
