The company, founded in 2013 by Carlos Matilla, develops, manufactures and operates drones for inspecting critical infrastructure, performing BVLOS flights up to 10 km. FuVeX has inspected over 36,000 km of power lines for Spanish utilities including UFD, Naturgy and Endesa.
The funding will expand commercial and defence operations, strengthen teams, increase manufacturing capacity and accelerate international growth. FuVeX also secured €400,000 in public funding from CDTI for a defence R&D project.
