InduPro has dosed the first patient in a Phase 1 trial of IDP-001, an antibody-drug conjugate designed to target cancer cells by recognizing two surface proteins. The study is enrolling adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer and other solid tumors who have progressed after standard treatment.
The $77 million Series B round was led by The Column Group with participation from Vida Ventures, MRL Ventures Fund, Emerson Collective, Euclidean Capital, Solasta Ventures, Sanofi and Eli Lilly. Proceeds will support the Phase 1 trial and advance the company’s preclinical pipeline in oncology and autoimmune disease.
