Itoflow develops AI agents that learn each investment firm's research, risk assessment, and portfolio review processes, then automate those workflows across global markets. The platform supports equities, bonds, ETFs, commodities, and digital assets, and lets customers define constraints in plain language while keeping data within their own infrastructure.
The $2.5 million pre-seed round was led by Balderton Capital, with participation from angel investors including Cleo founder Barney Hussey-Yeo. Itoflow will use the funds to expand its engineering and quantitative research teams, accelerate product development, and support commercial and regulatory work.
