Jaipur Robotics raises €4.3M seed for computer vision for waste plants

Swiss industrial AI company Jaipur Robotics has raised €4.3 million in seed funding to bring computer vision to waste-to-energy plants.

The seed round of €4.3 million was led by EquityPitcher Ventures and High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF). Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Manno, Switzerland, Jaipur Robotics develops computer vision and AI systems to improve safety, efficiency and automation at industrial facilities.

The company initially focuses on waste-to-energy plants, where its platform analyzes visual data to identify hazardous materials, improve waste mixing and support automated crane operations. Jaipur Robotics reports a 99% hazardous material detection accuracy and over 80% reduction in unplanned shutdowns. It plans to use the funding to enter new markets and broaden capabilities for waste-to-energy and other industrial applications.
