The round was co-led by Sustainable Ventures and Green Angel Ventures, with participation from Aqcelerator and Found Capital. Founded in 2025, Metal Morph develops an infrastructure-as-a-service solution that recovers aluminium and iron-based treatment chemicals from municipal and industrial wastewater, creating a circular system to reduce reliance on primary supply chains.

The company has completed more than 50 live tests across three drinking water treatment plants, demonstrating up to 90% recovery of spent chemicals at 95% purity, alongside a 26% reduction in coagulation-related operating costs and an 89% reduction in associated emissions. The £700,000 will fund further technology development, industry pilots, and validation with water utilities and industrial partners, as well as exploration of European markets.
