Mind Security Inc. provides software that locates and classifies sensitive files across SaaS apps, endpoints, and email, then blocks risky activity or prompts users with policy explanations. The company argues older DLP tools fail when AI agents read and share data without human oversight, and 65% of enterprises lack confidence in their AI data controls.
The $72 million Series B round was led by Crosspoint Capital Partners, with participation from YL Ventures and Paladin Capital Group. Mind says revenue grew more than 17-fold and customer count eightfold over the past year, and it now runs across hundreds of thousands of endpoints. Total funding to date is $112 million.
