NewSchool VC raises €10 million pre-seed fund for B2B technology investments

Belgium-based venture capital firm NewSchool VC has closed its first fund at €10 million to invest in B2B pre-seed technology startups.

NewSchool VC closed its first fund at a €10 million target, following a €6.1 million first close in September 2025. The fund is backed by around fifty investors, including six family offices such as The Millers Office, and Belgian entrepreneurs like Willem Delbaere, Roeland Delrue, Jean-Louis Van Houwe, and Luc Coopman. Founder Christophe Morbee contributed 25% of the fund himself.

The solo-GP fund invests between €100,000 and €500,000 in B2B technology companies at pre-seed and seed stages, focusing on AI, SaaS, cybersecurity, robotics, and compliance. It has made 32 investments to date, 75% in Belgium, with portfolio companies including Ravical, Warren, Spotable, and Donna, which have since raised follow-on rounds.
