Repodo, an AI audit startup founded by Lunar co-founders, has raised €8.2 million in pre-seed funding. The round was led by Hedosophia and Seed Capital, with additional participation from prominent investors. The company was co-founded by Ken Villum Klausen, Peter Andreasen, Joachim Strøjer Hansen, and professional auditor Anders Houmann.
Repodo aims to automate repetitive audit tasks such as data collection, reconciliations, and transaction analysis using AI, while keeping qualified auditors responsible for oversight and final sign-off. The startup is initially launching in Denmark, targeting small and medium-sized businesses, and plans to expand across Europe.
