Seed Capital raises €130 million Fund V for seed-stage investments in Nordic startups

Seed Capital, a Copenhagen-based seed-stage investor, has closed its Fund V at €130 million to invest in 15-17 Nordic startups.

The fund will back 15-17 companies with first checks of €3-6 million in FinTech, cybersecurity, resilience, and AI-driven B2B. Seed Capital has already made initial investments from Fund V, including Fortiv, Moxso, Repodo, and Oplane.

With Fund V, Seed Capital expands beyond Denmark to the Nordics, focusing on Sweden. The firm also announced Christian Brøndum as Managing Partner and Geeta Schmidt as General Partner, joining Lars Andersen.
