The seed round was led by Whitecap Venture Partners, Mistral Ventures, the MaRS Accelerator Fund, N49P, and individual investors including Amar Varma and Farhan Thawar. Thri5 plans to roughly double its 10-person team and accelerate its go-to-market strategy with the $5.4 million USD.

Founded in 2024 by former Loblaw Digital leaders Jeremy Pee and Herman Paek, Thri5’s platform uses agentic AI to bridge the gap between central strategy and ground-level execution. A nine-week pilot with Wild Fork Foods delivered a 3% sales increase, and the company is now moving toward a broader rollout for enterprise retailers in North America and Europe.
