Investors in the €4.3 million ($5 million) seed round include Y Combinator, University of Oxford’s Seed Fund, Sequoia Capital Scout Fund, ACE Ventures, Hasso Plattner VC, and angels such as former German finance minister Christian Lindner, World Cup winner Mario Götze, Meta board member Charlie Songhurst, and others. Founded in 2024 by Palantir alumni Leopold von Waldthausen and Marvin Bornstein, the Munich-based startup builds an autonomous data engineer for European mid-market companies.
Its product, ZeitMind, connects ERP, CRM, and over 600 source systems, using an AI agent to build analytics-ready applications that are traceable to individual transactions and run in German data centers. Customers include Kolbenschmidt, Horsch, and Allgaier Agrarhandel. The company will use the capital to expand its customer base and hire engineers to deploy the agent.
